It is important to keep your assets maintained and in optimal operational condition. To a level that best suits your application, we can manage ongoing servicing arrangements and/or emergency breakdowns of compressors, blowers, dryers or distribution piping. Whatever the size of your compressed air equipment, our highly skilled technicians are ready to install, service and repair promptly.

Whether you are located in Perth, South West, Goldfields, Pilbara or anywhere in WA, we can get someone to your area. We have mobile engineers who routinely visit regional and remote locations throughout Western Australia. Our service department runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with our fleet of mine equipped service vehicles ready to assist with planned servicing or emergency breakdowns. Pneumatic Engineering has extensive experience with ELGI, Kaeser, Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Champion, Sullair, Abac, Comp Air, Gardner Denver, Sutorbuilt, Donaldson and more. Our team has up-to-date medical examinations and is experienced in all site HSE requirements to make for a smooth process.

Importantly, we can cater to all budgets and conditions and will work with our clients to find a pricing structure that suits. Our servicing can be complemented with oil sampling, air sampling, compressor energy analysis, air leak detection, bearing monitoring, and air receiver inspection to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.

When it comes to breakdowns, the repair could be as simple as fault finding and repairing an electrical sensor to a complete compressor overhaul. In the event equipment is unserviceable, or during peak periods of operation, our large hire fleet is ready to transport to site. Find out more about our hire division.

All work performed in our workshop is tested prior to dispatch; this not only includes new sales but overhauls and rebuilds. This ensures your equipment makes it back to your site with no unplanned delays, successful repairs and without shipping damages. We can test 240V, 415V and 1000V up to 200kw compressors and our purpose-built testbed allows us to test run blowers and locomotive/transport compressors.

We work across a variety of business sectors, including mining, construction, oil and gas, food and beverage, medical, agriculture, water treatment and power generation. Pneumatic Engineering has gained internationally certification ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 45001:2018(Environmental) and ISO 14001:2015 (Health and Safety). We operate a rigorous management system tailored to our client’s remote locations and onsite challenges. We are committed to the occupational health and safety of all employees, and minimising environment and community impacts. Our systems also meet the requirements of AS/NZ4801 and ISO 18001, and we are always striving for continual improvement across our operations.

Our team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for parts, repairs and servicing.
